Genetic Technologies Ltd announced that the outcome of the AGM, Dr. Mel Bridges has resigned as Chairman of the Board effective November 27, 2012. The Board also announced the resignation of Dr. Paul MacLeman as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective November 27, 2012.
