Kimber 1911: I and a number of others who know the ship, crewed on the ship and dove off the ship well know it's made of aluminum. It can look just fine in pictures with what you see above the waterline but what is below the waterline is a very different story. There have been multiple posts before explaining all of this in detail but it does seem you did not read them. The Hispaniola has not been in dry dock for approximately four years now. In over two years the anodes on the bottom have never been replaced. That's a death sentence to a aluminum hull ship connected to electrical shore power. If you have any doubts about that, contact any commercial shipyard and they will confirm this. The Hispaniola is abandoned and has not been maintained in the mentioned two years. It was reported that the only Dominican caretaker who was on board left over a month ago, unpaid and is also in process of suing MEI. I could go on and on but it really doesn't matter. We want our money.
