Second, this company owns some 60% of the float or more at this time. Certainly those shares are not going to be sold at these price levels when the companies finances does not justify the stock price. Recall to that this stock traded between $1.00 and $4.00 before the company stop filing because of Davis license being revoked under which BFAR had no control of and only learned of the situation after Davis had audited the last 3 years of finances.
Last, can you name me one company that has up listed to the OTCBB that has not filed audited finances with the SEC. The answer is no. Why, because the SEC will not allow that to happen. Noncompliant companies trade on the pink sheets and compliant companies on the OTCBB, NYSE, AME, NASDAQ, etc.
