Hey at14, that is a great form that he government wants completed.

Now tell me who do you think is going to sign this form for the company? Since this form when filed becomes a document that can be examined by a shareholder or anyone who demands to see it, I am sure that whoever sticks his neck to sign it knows what he's doing.

Actually, my question to you really is:"Why is it necessary to file this form at all when the SEC has not demanded from FCPG to provide such filing?". There are stocks that are being traded that have the letter E, or Q, or others at the end of the trading symbol and they have no problem trading. Why would BFAR want to file anything when we have never been informed in a prior PR that the SEC was demanding such filing. It looks to me that this a form that is filed when the stock starts trading FOR THE FIRST TIME or maybe if it has first been suspended. This is not the case with this company.
