I remember buying a penny stock like a year and a half ago, Universal Bioenergy (UBRG) which they claim is related to transporting and processing natural gas, and they where claiming that they had acquired a small regional airline in the Caribbean for about a couple of million dollars. They weren't operating in that area and it was something not related to the business. They where reporting a few million in assets and huge revenues, but they weren't making profits. I decided to call the airline and spoke to the CEO and he said he had never heard of such a company, and that he was still the owner of that private company which never received any offers for acquisition. I off course sold the shares the next day and today the stock is down over 90%. I bought those shares for about 7 cents, today the stock is at .0070, check it out. Remember that these guys haven't even confirmed the acquisition yet, but that other company went so far as to report fraudulent assets of companies they didn't had nor even made offers to. UBRG is still being traded to this day. I'm just saying, be wary folks, this is very very dangerous.
