Isn't the probable reason for the silence that they want the Humphries case to end so that they can go fully reporting, because then they can have deeper pockets able to buy the stock when they release pr's?

...The Humphries thing will go on forever (not really but it will seem that way)..most every company has disgruntled people and lawsuits...they still function

...if they were going to buy back the stock why would they want the price higher??
