Isn't the probable reason for the silence that they want the Humphries case to end so that they can go fully reporting, because then they can have deeper pockets able to buy the stock when they release pr's?
Also:why make the company more valuable when they have a court case open with someone trying to claim rights to profits? Am I wrong about this?
If I were a judge, and seeing this guy say he can't afford to make $1500 worth of copies, and then I see the company he is suing has a bottom line of $1500, that HAS to make a difference in my thinking about the validity of the case....
