Interesting, I missed the uplisting! How about pointing this out as it is very big news. There was NO UPLISTING!!!

Now, the dividend, it was $0.00003 the smallest dividend ever paid - it is just part of the pump and dump to get unsophisticated investors to turn lose of their money. They paid out $15,000 but paid out $50,000 for a paid promotion with WSIN. Sounds like investors got short sheeted.

Why can't they afford to have a audited financial to be uplisted - they haven't filed. SRGE should have spent the dividend to do something productive like file with the SEC. You do know they have to become current to be uplisted and that requires financials from 2008 through present.

I have no idea why you think they were uplisted.
