Torbay Holdings, Inc.: Sky Radio Network's 'Best Practices In Labor & Employment: Ergonomics Roundtable' Interview Released
Thursday October 20, 12:14 pm ET

MINEOLA, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 20, 2005 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) announced (reported July 20, 2005) that the audio and a transcript of an interview with Tom Large, President and CEO, to be aired under Sky Radio Network's Ergonomics Roundtable, has been released. The program, part of an ongoing series called "Best Practices In Labor & Employment" and presented by the U.S. Department of Labor, will be aired on American Airlines throughout the month of December, 2005 and Northwest Airlines throughout April, 2006.

The interview reports upon this company's view that current mouse designs could be seen as not having kept pace with the changing patterns of use by computer users. This opinion is further supported by a clinical study that saw positive benefits to median nerve conduction in mouse users who switched to the company's AirO2bic mouse (pronounced aerobic mouse and reported October 19, 2005). A legal opinion we hold (reported July 7, 2005) conjoins the principles that demonstrable health benefits of alternative product designs and the existence of legislative standards that alternative designs might embody when and should prior designs be seen as not, may lead to a possibility in the future, under strict liability laws relating to the sale of products, that some mouse designs under some circumstance could become classified as "unreasonably dangerous" in strict liability law language.

The interview also describes, in overview, Brakemoor(TM) as a potential Anti.Fatigue(TM) solution that could potentially benefit computer users.

Designer Appliances, Inc. is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue(TM) tools and technologies to manage the impact that fatigue is now understood to have upon computer users. Anti.Fatigue(TM) design conforms to Universal Design criteria so produces products that are more "Accessible and Assistive" to all, including persons with dexterity impairment or disability. We are all capable of fatigue.
