Cal-Bay Confirms Acquisition Letter of Intent With U.S. Tire Manufacturer

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 19, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (PinkSheets:CBYI) Today confirmed the company has signed an acquisition Letter of Intent with a US tire manufacturing company for the controlling Interest of Cal-Bay International, Inc.

That is incorrect, what gives? When were they acquired? I thought it was a LOI.

I was reading the news from today and they are sure trying to make us to believe this is going to go down. I know it's not going to happen, there are a few hiccups I recognized in the article but I will withold them for a later sate.

Let's see what the next PR says. I was so busy today with my blogs I totally forgot to check on this pig. Just now getting the news. Not surprised of the smoke screen.

What makes them think CBYI can survive in America if 2 others left for foreign ground?
