,,,,JT no way to estimate shares left, however the starting place is at the reorganization time,,,the total outstanding shares were 54 million of DFCT shares,,,how many Horassce had is unkown but all were free trading shares as a result of the merger with the Dichain assets and Horassce owned control of DFCT at that time, it is abundantly clear now how hostile that group was even then,,,,as alan said earliar we discovered this lawsuit last year,,,old news so to speak, and we paid little attention as all companies have lawsuits sooner or later,,,and this one was supposedly put to bed,,,there was one filing right after merger where he filed to sell 5 million or so shares,,,that was a long time ago,(some 18 months now),,,once again only Fan knows how many shares left,,as monthly shareholder reports are usually sent to the CEO from transfer agent,,,,,,
,,,,Now the good news is this supports my belief of a hostile seller,,,,which is a much much much better than any thesis of an offshore naked short operation,(they would be thorn for many months to come,,,,,,,,nevertheless this selling has been going on for so long,,,,,i mean this guy has been selling everyday for months,,,how many left ? anybody`s guess,,,,,,,,
