I am actually excited to see what they will say!

Me too Sam. I hope they put out another Shareholder Update to clarify "what's in it" for shareholders should a J.V. be done vs. buyout of Cinco. I'd be interested in getting a full explanation as to how shareholders will benefit under a J.V. agreement and how the company intends to allocate future assets arising from a possible J.V. deal.
