500 heads are better than one. The link below will take you to FAA FAR Part 101 Subsection D--Unmanned Free Balloons. For some time I have been puzzling over whether this allows the operation of the Argus in the NAS without a special SAW/COA. I don't think it intended to do so but it seems to me that, with position reporting, cut down devices, etc. it allows the Argus to operate. If so, that "loophole" makes the Argus the only UAV with almost unrestricted access to the NAS under present regulations. That is significant. For fun, read the link below and tell us what you think.
