Just from the first couple of paragraphs there is misleading information:

Additionally, the Cinco Minas property has a world-class confirmed gold and silver resource of 235,000 oz. gold

I didn't see anywhere in the Behre-Dolbear report where they stated Cinco Minas had 235,000 ounces of gold. I know they didn't state this because they didn't do a drilling program to do a reserve study.

That was jsut the first sentence. The SRGE guys think they can write anything and no one will break it apart to find all of the flaws in the argument. But, those days are over.
