ok, y comes before Z. good answer. Whatever that means. The new CEO is a reasonable answer.

As a customer, they take TOO LONG. (In Philly and in DC ) I am not sure why that is. Also, they are not focused. They need to do something with the stores, and the menu. ( Not being a retail guy, I am not sure what )
