Here's what I think with the PR's that came out. Trying my best detective work. How I believe will unfold for Tuesdays PR. This is my hope as well even though I have a very small position with SRGE.
Cinco Minas is not being sold. Instead, they will announce the JV with the company. I will speculate according to what I think that this is with SCCO. My speculation only, could be another one. The reason I say this is, in their PR wednesday, they stated that if Cinco Minas was going to be SOLD, there would be special dividend of 20% of sale price, or flat .20/share. They also stated that the interest of other NYSE company that wanted to talk about JV of Cinco Minas. SRGE stated SHOULD SOUTHRIDGE find it more BENEFICIAL for the company of a JV they would go with that. Also SRGE stated that the BoD's were DISCUSSING a QTRLY Dividend as a benefit of a JV instead of a BUYOUT. This tells me that they DECIDED with a JV instead of the FULL Aquisition of CM by the first company. I will explain why I say this later.
El Horconcito I believe is the property that will be SOLD. The PR Wednesday stated that the trenching and sampling that was done in October returned EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS. Later in the PR, SRGE and BoD's, stated they feel this property is a VALUABLE ASSET to the Company and the Shareholders, because within the SAME REGION PRIMERO MINING operates the San Dimas Mine (which they bought from Goldcorp) back in 2010. Why put Primero in the PR? I feel this property is going to bought by PRIMERO MINING. I feel this will sell for a good price which might result in a smaller one time dividend. Again just my speculation.
Why do I say Cinco Minas is a DONE DEAL with a JV with the likes of SCCO possibly? That comes from FRIDAYS PR.
The Company expects to continue its dividend payouts on a quarterly basis. According to Wednesdays PR this would only happen in the event of a JV DEAL.
Additionally, the Company will be releasing some positive news, developments and events concerning one of its mineral properties located in a world-class mining region of Mexico. Southridge anticipates releasing this news on or before November 27th, 2012.
1) SRGE now has a new LEGAL REPRESENTATION. Possibly the LEGAL team from the JV Company.
Positive News - something that is good to hear.
Developments - 1. The act of developing.
2. The state of being developed.
3. A significant event, occurrence, or change.
Events - 1.
a. Something that takes place; an occurrence.
b. A significant occurrence or happening. See Synonyms at occurrence.
c. A social gathering or activity.
2. The final result; the outcome.
Keep in mind all of those main WORDS in the PR are *Plural* (meaning more than one). To sum it up, this is my HOPE as I said, that the news TUESDAY will be just as I posted. Good luck to all this should be interesting week.
The Financial and Annual Report would just be icing on the cake.
