First, it is a misnomer to say owns. Bandera, MSJ or Southridge doesn't OWN Cinco Minas.

Mining Concessions are like getting a permit to mine in the US through MSHA. Almost all the time you are mining on leased property and you have to pay royalties.

So, anyone who mines Cinco Minas will pay a percentage of what they mine to someone - property owner or government.

As of today Bandera is listed as having the mining concessions for Cinco Minas.
