Actually, this is very easy to explain:

So MSJ did not issue any statements or press releases. First MSJ was purchased in March of 2012 by Coro Mining and the President of MSN is on the management team of Coro.

Why is Minera San Jorge issuing a press release about the ownership of Cinco Minas when they were purchased by Coro Mining Corp and Fabian Gregorio, President of Minera San Jorge is now part of the Coro management team. Instead of a gmail account ([e-mail]) that the press releases use it would be: [e-mail] or [e-mail].

The only press release associated with the email account from MSJ ([e-mail]) is about Bandera - there are 3:

It is obvioisly a scam press release done by SRGE to try it's best to and validate they are part of Cinco Minas but SRGE is nowhere to be found on the Mexican Government website - now that is funny.
