Win, those calls (Jan 2013) were written a long time ago, probably in 2010 and way before the December 2011 Libigel results were known. The reason the Jan 2013 Calls were so popular was solely because of the timing of the anticipated completion of the Libigel Safety trial!

So, I'm sure that just like all other biotech PDUFA decisions, there are those that believe the product will be successful and will be approved and there are those that believe the product will fail and not be approved.

The writers of these Calls naturally believed as many in the industry did, that testosterone would eventually show in the safety trial a high incidence of heart conditions and/or high incidence of breast cancer.

However, as we all know now, Libigel passed the safety trial with flying colors. All logic now points to Libigel being approved regardless of the efficacy trial results but nothing is being said, not even the details of the safety trial...why???

I believe everything is purposely being delayed until AFTER expiration of these 7.2 million shares associated with the Jan 2013 Calls. Otherwise someone is going to lose a huge chunk money!
