Like I said before, this is a complaint that I constantly hear about TDA and penny stocks, ECDC included. You need a new broker. As usual, my buy order with Fidelity was no problem again Wed/today. There are a couple other pennies I'm in that people in TDA are always complaining about this same "DTC chill", which isn't true. TDA is not penny friendly, and is becoming less so. That's the problem. There is no "SEC DTC chill". That's only their excuse that they always tell people.
