I feel bad for everyone that lost here, but that is the world of these sub-penny stock. It is my belief that Twin Air and Avstar is done. There are no assests, everything was rented or leased, which will only add to their woes. They owned no planes, no office space. There are no fbo operations and the mro was in small rented space where Gamber acted as a mechanic. Would you now trust your plane repair to a company which had a disregard for the rules and safety? Remember a while back their plane parts were seized and sold at auction, they tried to tell us they were just old unused parts.....hmmmm, I bet.

A merger or buyout is laughable, why would anyone even think it? Avstar/Twin Air only has debt and liability, nothing at all to offer anyone. No planes, no exclusive rights to any routes, no FAA or DOT authority, no property. My guess is creditors will now be lining up to file suit. If bankruptcy comes, you can't file on taxes, fines or any government costs, which Twin Air has many. The State of Florida and the US Goverment has already filed liens against Twin Air as a part of Avstar.

The big question is, if Avstar has not been paying for anything (this is pretty clear), where did the millions in income go since Gamber took over? Someone been paying off personal debt?
