HEY INTEGRAL,it looks like to me the merge,birth of a new company,etc.etc has already happen,with not only a not having a shareholder vote but not even a mention of what was or has been going on.....I'm admittedly very much "not in the know" about such transactions that i see have taken place here,but do you mind commenting further on the situation as you see it....Is AVSTAR AVIATION even a ongoing company or all that is left to do is to file for bankruptcy while its assets are being used or has been transferred to a different company??? thanks for any further comments and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
