Alejandro De Leon Garcia and Alfonso Sanchez Navarro are major players in Mexican mining. IMO they had the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera titles all along. What the renumeration to MSJ and these guys was after the sale of these properties to SRGE for $7.5M in Dec 2010, I am not party to. A modicum of dd would have demonstrated this. :0)

MSJ is not a publicly traded company, has no interest in Bandera Gold Ltd., and has no claim to the mineral concessions of either the Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera properties, located in Jalisco, Mexico.
