Open request to Brent Johnson/MSX

First, for all of you that say that Brent Johnson does not read this blog or should not respond to it I disagree. I can assure you that he reads every post here and is well aware of the controversy over the "clean title claims".

The request TO BRENT JOHNSON:

Now that you claim msxgold.com as your official website why not post Jorge Lopehandia's clean title (that he claims you have in your possession) on it in PDF form? I could understand that to post it on a blog in the past would have been "bushleague"
but now that you have your own website you owe it to the shareholders to be a transparent company. This would cost MSX nothing.

I notice that your official filings on SEDAR claim that Lopehandia does not have title but past press releases says that he has "proven" that he has clean title....which is it?

It would take about 5 minutes to do this and it would clear up a lot of the confusion with the shareholders that you are well aware exists.. I will follow up this request with a personal email request to you later in the week. No response to this or my email request will be very telling to all the shareholders. Why not post the title once and for all to clear up all this controversy?? On the other hand if Lopehandia does not have clean title you could clear that up also with a "company update" on your website. Thank You
