Yeah. The manufacturing/tire company Is probably using this strategy to save money, as Cash4, Willforeal, & some other posters had pointed out before in a previous convo before. It costs a lot of money to go public, so they probably literally just went down a whole list of .0001 pps shell companies that were cheaper to buy out and to use as a public stock for their company. Cbyi was chosen in this case. Of course a R/S or a buyback is being expected by many invested in CBYI now. Personally, I'm expecting a buyback of shares. Surely the new company also knows the history of this company and is fully aware that if a R/S is done then the pps will drop significantly back to .0001 and they will have made the worst first impression with us shareholders.
