Exactly! In business, delays and obstacles are normal. And with audited financials, things can come up and delays are normal. As a shareholder I do not care if the tier changes for a few days. I am happy that the company is working its way up. And if impatient or weak shareholders want to sell, then there are many who will be waiting on bid to buy them up! No sweat!!!!GO BCAP!
