Thats for the judge to decide, but if you followed the last few hearings you would see he is not a pushover, doesn't deal with BS and is pretty fair. The UST is no pushover either. Its going to be a good deal and minimal political blow out IMO. We could see GE or GM step in and scoop this all up. We will see on the 6th
