laranger: but 'why'? That's the issue, to protect 'what' or 'who'? The sealing is going far beyond a few commercially-sensitive contracts. The sealing must be to do with conduct or events.

If Ericsson in HRS can let (most of) its 'stuff' come out in the public domain, why has it agreed to keep the lid on it in IDCC. Having just said that, one reason would be so as not to prejudice the HRS-E trial. JK
