I developed a home concept, and TK created the home, called the Olentangy (for the Olentangy River that runs through Columbus) Reynolds Family Homes calls it the Patty Lou (for my mom).

We have already sold two of these in the first month of business. Central States Mortgage out of Wisconsin financed the first and the second buyer couldn't hold a construction note, so that is when I realized I need more capital to build em and sell em.

Oh my god, now to the scrutiny! It's much easier being on the other side buying the pinks!! LOL. That's why I told them to keep my phone number out of the release! LOL Now I'm one of "them."
