I don't know but those are some pretty heavy allegations laid out in that suit. I hope the defendants have a good defense if those things end up being proven true. Interesting though, because things have quieted down here somewhat. LOL Tomorrow's trading should be interesting as an indication of things to come now that weak hands have bailed after the unsurprising 10q. We'll see.
