Unless some new facts will come up, I'll vote against the merger.
One thing bothers me for some time, maybe LibiGel is done for good, and Simes has no choice but to put the Company under "umbrella" of this merger. Otherwise why give his favorite Baby for adoption? Having perspective of LibiG approval, he would be the one calling shots. Why give it up???? We even have the packaging machine ready to roll.
Unless this whole merger is a fake to buy time, to keep PPS from going way, way down and some day soon we will be hit with NDA submission news for LibiG new shot for FDA approval????????????
