I could be wrong but all indicators point to them surviving. If you read the recent prs and filings you will see that they are bringing b12 to market and trying to do an equity financing. Judging by the lack of selling most believe the stock will survive.

I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis..
