If someone does know something and is trying to accumulate that amount of shares, the only way you could do it would be with a big bid and no news. You start buying at the ask and the price gets away before you get many shares. When it ran to .002 a while ago it did it on little more volume then that bid. Time will tell if he actually knows something or knows as much as I do.
