So SRGE without any revenue let alone profit pays out a grand total of $15,000 in dividends to entice more gullible investors to lose money.

SRGE paid WSIN $50,000 to do a promotion - $15,000 is a cheap for a promotion.

It is all style and no substance - just another way to hoodwink investors.
