Repost in case the first was lost amongst all the garbage that was posted on this board.

Here is my unsolicited opinion of the intrinsic value of IDWS/IDWD based on estimates:

HLS Division (special dividend) = $0.50-$1.00
995ad.com (possible spin-off) $0.10-$0.20 (wirth more if compared to eBay)
Biometrics Division (internal/inactive) $0.05-$0.10
Call Center/Outsourcing Division (operational) $0.10-$0.25
Ringtones Unit (operational) $0.01-$0.05
Fishing Tackle Unit (inactive????) $0.01-$0.02

Adding all that up justifies a $0.77-$1.62 range. Until we trade within that range this one is still undervalued. Also, I may have missed a segement because the website is packed with information. Probably wondering where I got my ranges for each segment. Well I was thinking about all the pinkies and OTCBB stocks that I have researched over the past 5 years and I feel that these figures could be easily represented if each individual division was spun off. You can nit pick all you want about my estimates but for each one I can show you a pinkie or a OTCBB with less revenues, no profits, and a worse business plan that is valued higher then my estimates for each division.
