Question: In Germany you can offset stock losses at year-end with the tax. What are the market-maker doing in America ? Does they hold there HRCT-losses for years. Or could it be that they cut there losses at the year-end ? Maybe the small trades are not from market-maker (playing ping-pong *g*). Maybe somebody keeps the company alive with small trades....in order to prevent Delisting ?
