flybyday, thanks for your perspective on the fundings. I didn't mean to imply the funding price didn't change, but that wasn't my experience or that of anyone I assisted in funding. Hope I wasn't required to have FINRA registration. LOL

Perhaps there were better terms for larger investment amounts, or maybe they were so desperate for funds they employed car salesman tactics. Doesn't really matter at this point. As it turns out the company's choice of Basis wasn't an improvement. I just find it amusing that at the time some were dismissing the efforts of HW and praising Basis as a reputable firm going forward to handle the fundings in a professional manner. With today's news about Basis, I can't help but laugh. What a joke. LOL Very glad my holdings are with a "reputable" firm.

Not happy with La Jolla funding here either, and even Estrella stated as much at the last SHM, but it's kept the company alive. As you said, whoever was selling the tens of millions of shares allowed some investors to pick up shares at levels we never thought we'd see. Well, except for that Uncle Steve guy, who has predicted 0.0001 for years. Glad it didn't get that low.

The majority of my shares were purchased under current management as well. I added a ton of shares at 1 cent. That tends to bring your average cost way down, as I'm sure you saw yourself.
