There is a lot more oversight in the courtroom these days. Thanks to people reporting real time on twitter like Ilene Slatko since all transcripts of the hearing are sealed. People like this are integral part of making sure that the shareholders dont get shafted. Holding judges, UST's & attorneys more accountable.
