panther2, I'm fully aware that many TECO questions and answers are posted for the sake of a short and distort campaign i.e. FUD. If you re-read my post you will see the irony in my response. There is no doubt in my mind that TECO principals are working night and day to make TECO a success. All I ask moving forward is for TECO to shut up, put up and then speak. I'm frustrated by the exaggerated BPD and timelines only to have different results after the fact.
