DTL some questions are not asked for clarity but rather to muddy the waters. The question offers nothing to substantiate TECO is misusing it's resources (time, money, personnel, equipment, etc...) and backing it with any proof. Anyone following this board in the past year can clearly see TECO is pursuing options like: acquiring leases, partnerships, purchasing equipment and doing everything possible to succeed in the oil exploration business. The only resource TECO isn't using to its full advantage is consulting with the board member who can tell where oil is/is not located using an online geology map to accurately predict where oil is located anywhere in the world!
