How do you know the float is locked?

Float is locked. Very deceiving to say it is not!!

SRGE has gagged the transfer agent - so you have no way of knowing anything about the SRGE shares structure.

A "Gagged" transfer agent is one which has been instructed by the company they are working for to not release information, such as the share structure. This is NOT a good situation. There is no legitimate reason for a company to gag their TA. It is almost always done to hide dilution.

Just more deceit by SRGE - nothing they do is transparent or VERIFIABLE.
