also, the company has said they will not be using anywhere near what they are permitted to use based on their permits.

This guy has no evidence whatsoever but is using his lawyer to create a little local hysteria for his private financial gain.

A mine takes 17 permits, the U.S. gov is very careful.

watering issues are not uncommon whatsoever. When encountered they are responsibly dealt with.

This rich neighbor has the burden of providing evidence at the time of injury. there is no evidence of injury whatsoever, nor has he spent any $$$ to responsibly investigate his "theory." (the kindest term I can use, and his position is better expressed as a future speculation without any evidence whatsoever.)
