Looking forward to the combined financials of all subsidiaries required for the REG A filing to the SEC coming! it will reveal the true post merger net assets, share structure, etc. my opinion based on DD is that the net assets are anywhere from 8-10 times the current market cap. So when they hit, we will have a sustained and solid rally to 15-20 cents on fundamentals and fact of a liquidation value equivalent with 15-20 cents in PPS.

This all depends on how well my DD was on the CWS valuation. We shall soon see.
