The shares we were looking at were in fact confirmed by a member of management to be unrestricted and free to deal! By the way Cal..it was also told to me that those shares were given at .01...based on the shorting coupled with the sells going through...a minimum of a 100% deal but probably much higher since it started weeks earlier! Somebody got greedy and couldn't wait....
