Ha ha ha! I know you didn't intend that remark to have an ironic double meaning, but it does. Second world countries traditionally referred to Communist/Soviet controlled countries. Given all the hand wringing about Obama's sympathies toward organized labor/hostility towards banks that comment is rich with irony.
