I am still waiting for the links. I have heard all the accusations against NITE but oddly never any proof.

NITE has been fined on numerous occasions for naked shorting

I see hundreds of posts about NITE and shorting but never see any proof they did anything wrong. Why don't you provide a link to confirm it.

I have seen the problem with a computer glitch but NITE lost $450 million - they didn't benefit from it. That is a long way from the shorting accusation and the SEC investigation has nothing to do with shorting. It is about risk management assessment of the new code they installed - meaning did they do the proper testing.

That's what I thought just more SRGE false claims to cover up the fact SRGE PPS is because the Investment community knows it is a scamming Pump and Dump. LOLOL!!!
