I bet dollars to donughts that MSX cannot put any releases out there until Final Verdict comes out of Chile as Barrick will trounce on MSX like a little bug as they have done in the past...it is a one way street here
Barrick can announce any BS they want and regulators do nothing, however, should MSX do the same, they had better have Official Documents supporting or you will know what happens, fined, sued, halted, you know how that works by now
I hope in the near future that regulators get on barrick to make an announcement to their shareholders something like this
We are in a court battle in Chile right now regarding ownership issues of Pascua Lama Project blah blah blah

If that ever happened, barrick pps would plummet and questions raised so therefore it wont happen
Why would barrick ever want to bring attention to this story on their own, should good things happen in Chile with Jorge v barrick you will be the first to know from MSX BOD in Canada
Barrick has no alternative at this point but to continue to lie regarding the dust, this and that, I wonder if the workers of barrick are even on the ground anymore? I doubt it but who knows?
