imho, well said by justsaying! you need permits, correct licenses to set up any business and that costs HARD money, not paper shares. now, we are dealing with health care, a children's clinic and I would imagine that there are more hurdles to cross in this industry than any other, after all, they are dealing with children's lives so i would imagine there would be many licenses and permits for co must get. again, costs HARD money. we complain here about how some of us 'not going to give co another dime', well, our market plays NEVER reach the co and they can't use our market plays to pay for the public co costs.

if i can do over again, i give the direct investment instead to co. i put many dollars in mdce market plays over 2 years now but this was my own doing and my own risk. if i direct invest in mdce, maybe my dollars would have progressed co further along in the venture. imho

i dont trash co because it does not help us who have invested. i may be little bit impatient because we expected more progress up to now but i still believe and will continue to be positive. negativity doesnt help. jmho
