I am a bit confused as to some postings here on the board. Some have wondered why nothing with MDCE hasnt been done. As I see it, MDCE has taken the initiative to go to China and start an ANGEL project. This would mean that somehow MDCE has found money to fly to China, pay for hotels, transportation, arrange meetings, and basically start a proccess of building a project. this takes money. I am sure that everyone here understands that if you play the market and buy shares that the money doesnt go to the Company but to your broker who arranges the purchase of your shares. I am sure everyone knows that this is a market play, or trading shares on the market NOT direct investment into the company allowing either revenue or dorect capital to pay for company expenses to develop a project. So my question is where is the money comming from to actually pay for the project comming IF its not comming from our plays on this stock ? i would imagine that developing a project in China would mean that someone or someone (s) must go there and actually do this. That would i imagine cost REAL money and not shares. ALl that i am sure for say a group of maybe 4 to 8 people for a week in China ( same as New York ) could cost up to 50 K USD. then there are the yearly expenses of running a public company..paying Auditors Accountants lawyers etc can run up to 100k USD just to keep a company running. Maybe we all know this maybe some dont. Where is the money comming from to run these operating expenses for basic filings let alone project development. A project like a Clinic to be developed in the US with a modest staff of say 4 to 8 DRs plus nurses and reception janitorial ( business all have similiar expenses ) say a staff of 20 to 25 people could run up to 2 to 3 million dollars... from equipment to salaries to operating expenses to construction ( this is of course NOT building but setting up ) . You dont need to be a Rocket Scientist to or Trump to figure this out ..( We have all been to our local health Clinics, and most i am sure have some small business or maybe even Corporations to guess this out ) with this expenses to project develop which require REAL money and not paper money ie shares...where is it comming from. Id say the team from last year may have over estimated the scope of this project. The new team seems more prepared as in they have real life experinaces with this type of project. I have invested in this company..through markets plays, and direct invstment. I have wtched this Company from Software ( btw what happend to the Software ????? ) to where it is now. I am still on the fence, but i am on the fence from a fact based position not just "lets trash the company cause our sub penny plays arent working out". I think there should be enough people on this board who have business experiance or if the problem is financing for the company then I am sure board followers may have a finance background, and may have advice or CONSTRUCTIVE remarks. Id like to make money but it wont happen by trashing. It will come from us. If MDCE is having a slow development process then maybe we can halp. After all it will hopefully save our market plays on this staock. I have called the company and have asked for these questions to be answered . Has anyone else stepped up to do this ? lets get to gether and make this happen. this is just the voice of alittle guy thatw ould love to save my investment here like everyone else. IMHO
