You are not reading correctly. It is stating that the employees will only qualify to receive bonus plan if sale is over 150MM (which in the UST opinion was way too low) WanXiang initial 486MM was a low ball offer. They filed BK to have structured bidding and get fair price on assets. This will be 1-1.8B deal. And is a steal.
